Group Therapy is a form of therapy where one or multiple therapist treats a group at the same time. The group often comprises of no more than 6 to 12 individuals who are facing similar issues. Group therapy is a great way to strengthen socialization and communication skills, gain deeper insight into ones issue(s), accept feedback from others facing similar issues, and strengthening self-awareness.
