Have you ever had a day or experience where you felt as though you just needed to unload? Ever felt like you just needed to get something off of your chest but had no one that you felt comfortable enough to say it to? Or just wanted a place to go to air things out where you won't hear about it again and can leave it in the room once you're done? Ever wish you could try a therapist out before fully committing to therapy with them? Well then our walk-in therapy session may be what you've been looking for!

Walk-In Therapy sessions are 30 minute individual therapy sessions with a mental health professional. They are meant to provide the solution to all of the questions mentioned above in addition to encouraging the community to give therapy a try without the hassle and immediate commitment.

Important Information Regarding Walk-In Therapy Sessions:

  • Sessions are based on a first come, first serve basis and are based off of therapist availability.

  • Sessions are only held on specific days within a specific timeframe (will be provided at a future date)

  • Sessions are individual therapy sessions only. Unfortunately, couples or family therapy cannot be provided during walk-in sessions

  • Walk-in sessions can only be done once

  • Sessions are only for adults. Sessions may be provided to minors if accompanied by an adult and written permission is obtained.

  • Individuals must be willing to provide basic information (i.e., name, age, etc.) in order to meet with a therapist

  • If you choose to move forward with regularly seeing a specific therapist, you must have an accepted payment method (see Pricing/Payments tab for more information on accepted payment types).
