Ever wish you could try a therapist out before fully committing to therapy with them? Well then our walk-in therapy session may be what you've been looking for!
Walk-In therapy sessions are 30 minute individual therapy sessions with a mental health professional. They are meant to provide the solution to all of the questions mentioned above in addition to encouraging the community to give therapy a try without the hassle and immediate commitment.
