Therapy
Individual therapy is one-on-one talk therapy where you will meet with a mental health professional for approximately 45 minutes to address your mental health-related concerns. Individual therapy is a collective effort between you and the therapist allowing you to play a more active role in your treatment which leads to more effective results.
One of the most significant components to effective individual therapy is having a therapist that you feel connected to. This is why we, at Better Minds Mental Health Counseling, PLLC, take therapeutic rapport building and alliance very seriously as we would like to eliminate as many controllable barriers to successful therapy as possible. We strive to provide a safe, warm, genuine and empathetic environment to each session. Our therapist come from a variety of backgrounds and employ an eclectic approach to therapy to address the unique needs of each individual.
